On time of delivery you will have receive the online URL/link that will hold all your pictures and short videos.

**Online delivery is an option for photos and short form video content. The delivery method used to deliver long form videos would be USB.

Our goal is to deliver the highest quality product and do not rush to deliver unless specifically asked for.

For smaller events:
Photos will be delivered within 1-3 weeks.
Videos will be delivered within 2-4 weeks.

For content creation:
Please consult with this during discussion with out representative.

For Weddings: We aim to deliver our photos/videos asap however, the time frame we provide is 4-6 months. We do make it clear in our discussion with the client as each scenario is different.

You will have the option to place a password on your link so only people with the password will be able to access your page.
Additionally, you will also have the option to set a pin that will be required if someone attempts to download the assets.

**These options are included in all our packages except for long form videos. The delivery method used to deliver long form videos would be USB.

Next day edits is a very popular option for wedding receptions and we understand the need of it. Next day edit options are included in some of our packages. It is also an option to add on to a package that may not already include it however, this will be subject to extra charges.
Please bring it up in discussion with our team when in contact.

Deposit retainer is Non-refundable in any circumstance.

You are allowed to postpone/change your event dates only one time within the same calendar year however, this is subject to date availability with Eternal Media House.

You may switch the date to the following calendar year however, new prices might be active and the difference must be covered.

All final quote prices are subject to tax.

Your booking is only confirmed when the deposit has been sent, you will get a written confirmation via text/whatsapp/email.

This Highlight Video captures the key moments of the ceremony and celebration. The final product will be short and sweet and easily shareable. Can be uploaded online.

This Coverage Video captures the entire duration of the ceremony and celebration, including dancing and any other planned activities. The final product will be much longer (over 1 hour) as compared to highlights only. This option is better for long-term memories and you will have a more comprehensive and detailed record of the event,

The total duration of a final product depends on the number of events & hours of coverage. A typical main day for a Sikh or Hindu wedding can be 1-3 hours in length, and reception 2-3 hours in length.

We get booked for weddings at least 6-12 months in advance.
All deposits are non-refundable and bookings are only confirmed when the deposit has been sent.

We do not guarantee an exact amount of photos but from our experience we tend to deliver 60-120 photos/hr of service.

This depends on what type of booking it is.

Corporate/Content Creation have personalized contracts that will be agreed on by both parties. The delivery quantity will be determined based on each case.

Our team uses the top of the line, industry standard cameras, lens, and accessories.
We primarily use SONY cameras and lens.
